You must answer "Yes".
Following that you will then be prompted to choose the file to upload. You can only choose one file at a time. To do multiple files you will have to do each individually, returning back to this page to start each transfer. If any errors are encounterd (eg. bad password) you must return back to this page as well. Please do not shut your browser down till after the upload completes.
